Return and Cancellation Policy

At Serenorth, customer safety, product quality, and product effectiveness are our highest priorities.

For this reason, we do not accept returns of health, wellness, beauty, skincare, or supplement products once they have been shipped.


Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Health-related products require strict quality control. Once a product leaves our facilities, we can no longer verify:

• How it has been stored or handled
• Whether the packaging has been opened, tampered with, or resealed
• Whether the product has been exposed to unsuitable temperatures or conditions
• Whether the contents remain in their original condition

To protect all customers, we never resell returned health and wellness products under any circumstances.


Freshness & Quality Commitment

Unlike many retailers that store products in warehouses for extended periods, we work closely with our production and fulfilment partners to provide customers with the freshest possible stock.

This allows us to offer products with:

• Maximum freshness
• High ingredient potency and concentration
• Strict quality inspections
• The longest possible shelf life

Accepting returned products would compromise these standards and would not be fair to future customers.


Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery should be aware that international carriers do not always return refused parcels to the sender. In some cases, packages may be destroyed, abandoned, or incur additional carrier fees.

As a result, refusing delivery may lead to the loss of both the product and the purchase amount.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@serenorth.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by contacting info@serenorth.com before they have been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

As we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch and maximum product freshness, fulfilment may occur shortly after an order is placed. We therefore recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.
